Whatever problem I encounter (and they are many and varied!) the staff will always spend time to help me find a workable solution. Not only that, but they also offer a free delivery service, frequently on the same day. They are a really great, professional bunch of people and I would recommend them to everyone, be they complete amateurs (like me) or trade professionals.
