  First visited a week ago to carry out some research before picking up my new puppy, returned again today (30/6/16) both times helped by Charlotte. She was very pleasant and friendly, offering excellent advice and support without being pushy. Charlotte is a credit to the company and Cheddar store in particular. It was obvious that she was very well trained and cared about her work and customers. She made both visits very enjoyable. I'm looking forward to returning for the Saturday Puppy Hour after my pup has been vaccinated fully.

  It's a clean and well stocked store. I have always had very good advise when i have asked about anything to do with my dogs that's why i go back. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It's a must to visit this store.
